Really clever line on Drake’s part. 69 is mutual fellatio, and “8 (ate) something” is referring to cunnilingus. It’s also a continuation of his “word of mouth” wordplay.

As an added bonus, the square root of 69 is 8.30662386… so Drake is mathematically correct.
